We are convinced of the regenerative, vitalizing, boosting and natural potential of the frutarian raw food diet. The only natural nutrition that can be consumed unprocessed and remains adapted to the physiological functioning of the body.
However, after millennia of transforming our food to create cuisine, humans retain their culinary curiosity in memory, so fruit-rich food could seem bland.
In food transition, the recipes are are supportive and reassuring. However, we could not find recipes that respected food associations and that only use foods that are good for our body without long-term problems. In short there was a lack.
As we like challenges and above all we like to find solutions to each problem: we embarkeded on the adventure of creating Physiological Raw Food recipes.
